The Watiqti app is an independent guide developed by Soufiane Bougarne. It does not represent any Moroccan government entity, ministry, or official institution. The administrative information provided is collected from public domains for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or timeliness of the information, as administrative procedures may change.
2. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services (such as Google AdMob and Google Play Services) that declare their own Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party services.
3. Limitation of Liability
Soufiane Bougarne cannot accept responsibility for any liability, loss, or damage arising from the use of the app or reliance on the information provided within it. Users are always encouraged to verify the required documents with the official authorities.

شروط وأحكام الاستخدام
عن طريق تنزيل أو استخدام تطبيق "وثيقتي" (Watiqti)، فإن هذه الشروط تنطبق عليك تلقائياً. لذلك يجب عليك التأكد من قراءتها بعناية قبل استخدام التطبيق.
1. طبيعة الخدمة وإخلاء المسؤولية
تطبيق "وثيقتي" هو دليل مستقل تم تطويره بواسطة سفيان بوݣرن. التطبيق لا يمثل أي جهة حكومية أو وزارة أو مؤسسة رسمية مغربية. المعلومات الإدارية المقدمة تم جمعها من المصادر العامة لأغراض إرشادية. نحن لا نضمن الدقة المطلقة أو التحديث الفوري للمعلومات، حيث قد تتغير المساطر الإدارية في أي وقت.
2. خدمات الطرف الثالث
يستخدم التطبيق خدمات تابعة لجهات خارجية (مثل Google AdMob وخدمات Google Play) والتي تعلن عن شروطها وأحكامها الخاصة. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن المحتوى أو ممارسات الخصوصية لهذه الخدمات الخارجية.
3. حدود المسؤولية
لا يتحمل سفيان بوݣرن أي مسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر أو تبعات قانونية ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على المعلومات الواردة فيه. يُنصح المستخدمون دائماً بالتحقق من الوثائق المطلوبة لدى الإدارات الرسمية المختصة.
